Yoga Nidra and Reiki Class with Kim Bauerle and Holly Walter in the So Me Loft Space - June 21st

On Tuesday June 21st there will be a Yoga Nidra and Reiki Class in the So Me Loft from 6-7pm

The So Me Loft Space will be transformed into a relaxing environment to bring peace to your mind, body, and soul. Kim Bauerle and Holly Walter will be instructing a yoga Nidra and Reiki class from 6pm-7pm

This class combines Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Aromatherapy in a cozy, candlelit atmosphere.  You will be taken on an internal journey of the mind, body, and soul. This unique combination will help restore your inner peace and balance.

While being guided into yogic sleep, you will then experience the tranquil energy healing of Reiki, on and over the body, all the while enjoying the wonderful scents of calming essential oils.

Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, eye pillow if desired and head support. Blankets and bolsters will be provided. 

The cost for this will be $30 per person with a 10 person limit.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep and is a powerful technique to help your body’s relaxation response. While in savasana, you are guided on a journey through the body and mind, allowing your body to rest while your mind is lulled into an awakened sleep state. Yoga Nidra has scientific research that show with regular practice, it can improve sleep, help detach from the “monkey” mind, release tension and pain, and reduce anxiety/stress.


What is Reiki?

Reiki uses the Universal Life Energy that flows through all of us and is a gentle yet profound healing modality. Our life force, know as “ki” can experience energetic blockages that can create physical, emotional, and mental illnesses. Reiki restores the balance of your energy system, allowing your body to be open and balanced.


What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy as used in this class is the inhalation of scented oils to help bring a balance to the body mind and spirit. As smell is one of our first developed senses it can play an important role in relaxation. Research shows that aromatherapy can and does aid in reducing stress, anxiety and promoting sleep.


About Kim and Holly

Kim Bauerle holds an Associate Degree in Science; Massage Therapy and is a Liscensed Massage Therapist with 21 years running her own private business. She has multiple certifications, including Emotional Freedom Technique, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Reiki 1, Yoga Nidra, Clinical Herbalist & Acutoinics Sound Healing. Using an eclectic approach, she provides a unique experience for everyone allowing the best outcome for each client.

Fun Fact:  I believe in always challenging the mind, my latest hobby, needle felting and wool applique.


Holly L. Walter is a Level 1 and 2 Personal/Group Trainer with 4 years of experience, privately and in group setting. She also has acquired her Nutritional /Life Coaching Certification and Reiki 1 certification. Believing you must work on all levels, mind, body & soul to obtain the best results, she utilizes all her training and natural intuition to help individuals reach their highest goals.


Fun Fact: Though I am crazy about fitness and nutrition, I also LOVE to bake and decorate cakes.
